Donatella Versace's Ring

My yellow-and pink-diamond ring from Fred Leighton is the last gift my brother, Gianni, gave to me before he died—which is why I wear it quite often. He loved buying antique jewelry, and of course someone had to wear it. Gianni also taught me to have an appreciation of the craftsmanship of classic pieces. Modern jewelry rarely has the same kind of drama. The best thing about jewelry is that it never wears out—unlike some other loves. You can treasure it forever.

I love this piece. I acutally got a piece from Tina Tang that was similar but more affordable.

THIS RING IS PHENOMINAL. IT'S A SPECIAL, BEAUTILFUL AND UNIQUE AND GIANNI HIMSELF WAS, AND HIS THE LOVE HE HAD FOR HIS FAMILY.

This is a gorgeous and timeless style that will be around forever, as will the spirit of your late brother. I agree that modern jewelry now does not have this kind of drama although we are fortunate to have many classic pieces from last century that are in this unique category.
This ring is unique and you are fortunate to have something like this to treasure as you did Gianni.
Love from all of us-
